|Due Date:||2017 Property Taxes were due Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at midnight.
|Penalty Date:||Wednesday, July 5, 2017: applied first penalty equal to 5% of unpaid 2017 property taxes, including unclaimed Home Owner Grants.
Saturday, September 16, 2017: apply second penalty equal to 5% of unpaid 2017 property taxes, including unclaimed Home Owner Grants.

Apply for your Home Owner Grant online or in person at City Hall.
Please Note: Financial institutions no longer accept Home Owner Grants.
Remember, if eligible, you must apply for your Home Owner Grant even if your account has a credit balance.
