Online consultation for proposed amendment to Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2016 for property located at 1425 Sumas Way.
The public is invited to review the proposed Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment and provide their feedback by visiting the Let’s Talk Abbotsford online engagement portal. This platform will allow the City to consult with the public on a proposal to amend the City’s OCP. The amendment proposes to change the Regional Commercial land use designation to reduce the minimum required ratio of large format commercial retail from 50% to 40% of total floor area.
