What is a Development Inquiry Meeting (DIM)?
A Development Inquiry Meeting is an opportunity to discuss the details of your application with several key departments at the City. Following this meeting, you will have preliminary comments regarding City policies related to the project (OCP), the works and services needed to support your proposal and environmental considerations that all can be used to assist you in determining the project feasibility and next steps.
Development Inquiry Meeting requests are typically assigned and hosted within 3-4 weeks of the submission request.
