2024 - BC Municipal Safety Association Awards
The City of Abbotsford received two awards from the BC Municipal Safety Association (BCMSA) in recognition of its dedication to creating a safer and healthier workplace: the Health and Safety Stewardship Award and the Innovation Safety Solution Award.
2024 - Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) of the Fraser Valley - Industry Partner Award
This award is a result of our partnership with CHBA Fraser Valley in delivering a series of educational workshops to building industry professionals on the BC Energy Step Code.
2023 - City of Excellence Award for Underground Infrastructure
Awarded by the BC Municipal Safety Association - Recognizing local governments for activities that improve ground disturbance, safe excavation techniques and best practice at or around underground infrastructure.
2023 - Innovative Safety Solution Award
Awarded by the BC Municipal Safety Association to organizations that have achieved success addressing challenges in health and safety with a new or novel approach.
2023 - Organizational Safety Award
