To access public information visit the application page and follow the screen prompts.

Some applications, will require look up credentials to access the data

To access private information, such as on your utility bill, water consumption, billing history, tax balance and electronic homeowner grants, you must create a secure profile with a login .

Login to access PRIVATE tax and utility account information

• To access your tax information you will need your folio number and access code from your property tax notice view a sample of the property tax notice
• To access your utility information you will need your account number and access code from your bi-monthly utility bill. View a sample of the bi-monthly utility bill

Private account information available to property owners includes:

• water meter readings for the past two years by billing period
• graph of water consumption for the past six billing periods
• utility billing charges, payments and balances
• annual tax assessments, levies, payments and balances

Visit the MyCity portal to create your profile.  You will need the following information to access your information:

• folio number and access code from your property tax notice are required for tax information
• account number and access code from your utility bill are required for utility information

Water and sewer utility billing information is available through the utility billing section of the site.
