Water Turn On/Off fees will be added to the properties next utility bill. Please go here to find the Fees & Charges Bylaw for applicable fees.
Water Meters and Water Main shut-offs are property of the City of Abbotsford and only authorized City of Abbotsford employees are permitted to complete turn on and turn offs.
*Note, we cannot guarantee an Operator will be available on your requested date. We will do our best to accommodate pending operational availability.
Once submitted, someone from the Operations Team will be in contact to arrange the appointment.
