Ticket Dispute Adjudication Form

A dispute must be submitted within the first 14 days of the date a ticket is issued. After 14 days of the ticket’s issue date the full penalty fine becomes due.

$25 fee is added to the penalty if the Adjudicator finds the contravention did occur

Once you submit this dispute, it goes to the Screening Officer for review and they will be in touch with you. This places your ticket on hold until the Screening Officer has contacted you.
