Below are pre-application questions for applicants to review before proceeding to the full application. If you answer no to any of the questions below, please email us to discuss your idea before submitting a full application.

- Do you live, work, or volunteer in Abbotsford?
- Are you committed to reviewing projects that will provide arts and/or culture opportunities to Abbotsford residents without exclusion by religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, language, disability or income?

- Adjudicator Worksheet (.pdf or word .doc.) (link to Adjudicator Worksheet) - Please complete the “Adjudicator Worksheet” and explain why you would like to act as a juror on the adjudication panel. Select the areas in which you are able to act as a subject matter expert.
- CV or Resume (.pdf or word .doc.) - Outline your professional experience in the field of arts and culture. Please include any related volunteer, and work experience (paid or unpaid).
