Your Current Tax Notice


Property Tax Notice

2017 Property Taxes were due Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at midnight.  A penalty equal to 5% of unpaid 2017 property taxes has been applied to accounts as of Wednesday, July 5, 2017.

Current Billing Period: January - December 2017
  Registered property owners are billed annually for property taxes, solid waste collection, secondary suites and other charges.
Mailed on: May 29, 2017
Emailed on: May 25, 2017
Due Date:  2017 Property Taxes were due Monday, July 4, 2017 at midnight. 
Penalty Date:  Wednesday, July 5, 2017: applied first penalty equal to 5% of unpaid 2017 property taxes, including unclaimed Home Owner Grants.
Saturday, September 16, 2017: apply second penalty equal to 5% of unpaid 2017 property taxes, including unclaimed Home Owner Grants.

Apply for your Home Owner Grant online or in person at City Hall.
Please Note:  Financial institutions no longer accept Home Owner Grants.
Remember, if eligible, you must apply for your Home Owner Grant even if your account has a credit balance.
