Membership Plus
Membership Plus is an annual membership that allows members to have access to all PRC facilities, and all activities (except registered programs). Prices are listed above in the 1 year column. View our Membership Plus Brochure.
Spring into Play with PRC - Membership
Challenge yourself and family to play with PRC this spring! Purchase a membership, complete your choice of 24 drop-in activities between April 1 and June 30 and be entered to win 1 of 60 prizes.
Flex Pass
We offer a 1 month, 3 month and 6 month membership pass which allows members full access to both ARC and MRC. Once you register for a Flex pass you will be issued a membership card with your photo ID on it. When you visit a facility you can scan in and enjoy unlimited use. We also offer swipe cards for discounted use. Prices are listed above in the Facility Admission Rates.
Senior Activity Memberships
For a fee of $25 per year or $2 for drop-in you can enjoy the many activities that the Senior Activity Centre has to offer. Please note that access to activities and programs outside of regular programming time are not included in the membership.
Skate Rentals and Sharpening
Skate sharpening is available during public skate times for a cost $5.85. Skate Rentals are available at both Abbotsford Recreation Centre and Matsqui Recreation Centre. We offer both figure skates and hockey skates for a rental fee of $3.15.
Childminding Rates and Hours
Childcare is available at the Abbotsford Recreation Centre for up to 1.5hrs per visit. Childminding is not available on Statutory holidays and long weekends. Childminding limits are in effect (8 children per staff, max 16 children). Schedule is subject to change based on attendance levels.

Drop-in Program Rates
Drop-in program rates depend on the activity, and are indicated on the drop-in schedules. View the Drop-Schedules section for specific activity rates.
Grade 5 Pass
Drop into ARC or MRC to get your free Grade 5 Get Active Pass for swimming or skating. A parent or guardian must accompany you when picking up the pass.
- Please bring a copy of Birth Certificate with you.
- Please provide proof of residency.
- If you do not live in Abbotsford but attend school in SD34, please have a teacher write a letter to indicate that you are in Grade 5 at an Abbotsford school.
U-PASS
A program that provides UFV students with access to free public transportation in Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack, access to recreation centres (Abbotsford and Mission), and the Campus Connector.
The SUS U-Pass provides UFV students with unlimited access to the ValleyMax transit system of Abbotsford and Mission, as well as the Chilliwack transit system. It is valid in semesterly terms: Fall, Winter, and Summer.
** Please note SUS U-Pass is not valid on the West Coast Express or with Translink services.**
The U-Pass currently gives students access to recreation facilities in Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission. This includes swimming pools, ice rinks, fitness classes and weight rooms.
U-Passes are available at the SUS Office in Abbotsford during regular office hours. Each semester, registered students must obtain a valid U-Pass to benefit from the various services provided by the U-Pass program
PRC Special Needs Access Program
Providing full-time Abbotsford residents who have a permanent disability as confirmed by a physican, a 50% discount on drop-in admission and memberships.
