Welcome to the City of Abbotsford's Online Home Owner Grant application system. To claim your Home Owner Grant Online, you must have your FOLIO NUMBER and your ACCESS CODE which are located just below your mailing address on the top left-hand side of the Tax Notice (see the example to the right).

If you have any questions, please contact the Property Tax Division at (604) 864-5522, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. For security reasons access codes can not be given out over the phone.
