Fitness and Schedules

Abbotsford Parks, Recreation & Culture has a large variety of drop-in fitness classes for all ages, abilities and activity levels.  View the facility schedules below for the current drop in fitness schedules, track schedules, weight room and gymnasium schedules. Or view the class descriptions to help you decide which class is best for you.

We do our best to keep the schedules up to date but sometimes they can change due to unforseen issues, please phone ahead before attending any of the classes.

When taking one of our classes please let your instructor know if you are:

  • New to group exercise
  • Pre/post natal
  • Suffering from any health conditions
  • Recovering from injury
  • download a Physical Activity Readiness Form PAR-Q...Fitness Par-Q

Weight Rooms:

If you are new to weight training or you are looking to revamp your existing program then consider booking an appointment with our certified weight room instructors. Abbotsford Recreation Centre Weight Room hours are:
Monday to Sunday 5:30am - 12:00am
Matsqui Recreation Centre Weight Room hours are:
Monday to Saturday 6:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday 9:30am - 8:30pm
