This running group is for the beginner runner. It will help motivate you to run in a fun environment. It is designed to teach you proper running technique and help improve your overall aerobic fitness level!

Teen Weight Room Orientation
Teens are required to complete this Teen Weight Room course before having access to the weight room during Teen Weight Room Zone. Teens will be lead through an introduction on how to use the various weight and cardio equipment in a safe manner.

Teen Weight Room Zone
This is a specific time for teens to come and access the weight room! They must have successfully completed the Teen Weight
Room Orientation before coming to the Teen Weight Room Zone. Weight room instructors will be on hand to be sure that the teens are using the equipment in a safe manner that will aid them in achieving their fitness goals.

Join us in the pool! You will be challenged with a high intensity, high energy workout using both shallow and deep ends of the pool. Great for low impact cardio training to avoid injury!
