Special Events Permit

If you or your organization is planning a special event with attendance exceeding 200 people, you must apply for a Special Event Permit at least 45 days prior to the event. 

The Special Event Permit process helps to ensure that City Departments, which may be required to provide services, are aware of and prepared for potential conditions arising from the event, i.e. traffic control.
