Agendas
The City Clerk's Office prepares agendas for all business brought before Council. Subject to provisions in the Community Charter, all meetings of Council are open to the public.
Executive Committee of Council Agenda
Executive Committee of Council meetings are held in the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium. The Executive Committee, which comprises all members of Council, deals with minutes, delegations, correspondence, and reports. Generally, the issues require thorough explanation and/or discussion.
Regular Council Agenda
Regular Council meetings are held in the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium adjacent to City Hall. Minutes, delegations, correspondence, reports, bylaws, tender awards, and budget approvals are considered at Regular Council meetings.
Council Procedure Bylaw
Meetings are held in accordance with the Community Charter and the City's Council Procedure Bylaw. Subject to provisions in the Community Charter, all meetings of Council are open to the public.
