Freedom of Information Requests
A written request is required for access to some records. The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) requires the City to provide at least partial access to most records, with a few exceptions.
To submit a request you may send a completed Access to Records form or letter in which you state that you are making a Freedom of Information request, noting which records you are specifically requesting to the Information and Privacy Coordinator.
