Freedom of Information Requests
A written request is required for access to some records. The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) requires the City to provide at least partial access to most records, with a few exceptions. To submit a written request, mail or fax either of the following to the Deputy City Clerk.

a letter stating specifically what you are requesting and that you are making a "Freedom of Information request"; or a completed Access to Records form.

Note: Since a signature is required, e-mail requests cannot be accepted.
