There have been some questions on the procedures to follow when paying your utility bill using online banking.
For the current bill covering July and August consumption:
- Select the Payee, Abbotsford Taxes (the precise wording may differ between financial institutions, but will include “Abbotsford” and “Taxes” in some order in the title)
- Then, input your 10-digit account number (do not confuse this with the “folio” number).
Please note that the Payee for future utility bills (covering consumption beginning in September and following) will be “Abbotsford Utilities” (again, the precise wording may differ between financial institutions).
