The Abbotsford/Mission Water and Sewer Commission (WSC) allows all trucked liquid waste (TLW) to be discharged at the JAMES Treatment Plant if it meets the requirements of the allowable types of discharges as outlined in the Procedure Manual for Use of the JAMES Plant Trucked Liquid Waste Facility.
In order for a TLW carrier to use the TLW facility, the carrier must first obtain a valid business license with the City of Abbotsford or the District of Mission. Once a valid business license is obtained, the carrier must then apply for authorization to use the TLW Facility. After a carrier is granted authorization, they must complete a carrier declaration form for each TLW load discharged at the TLW facility.
Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis for TLW loads discharged at the JAMES Plant TLW Facility. The current discharge/disposal fees for using the JAMES Plant TLW facility are shown below.
