Missed Pickup

If you have a question regarding a missed pickup, and if your collection is provided by WSI vehicles, please call 604-864-9177 (WSI Operations).  WSI is contracted to provide collection for the City on the east side of the City. If your collection is provided by City collection vehicles, or if you are not sure who does your pickup, please call 604-853-5485 (City Operations).
